Vienna, VA - February 1, 2010 – The Signature Group, Inc (TSG) , a leading provider of IT Services and Solutions today announced that current TSG board member Casimir Skrzypczak has been elected as the Chairman of the Board.  Effective February 1, 2010, Mr. Skrzypczak will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.  Former Chairman, Dr. Richard P. Wishner, will remain on the board as a director and Chairmain of the Compensation and Audit Committee. 

"Cas Skrzypczak has been involved as a Director of TSG for 9 years and has a very distinguished record in the industry.  His thoughts on business, governance and process as Chairman of the Board are important as we continue to grow and scale the organization," said Richard Wishner, exiting Chairman of TSG.

Mr. Skrzypczak has over 30 years of senior level executive experience in industry leading technology and telecommunications organizations including Cisco Systems, Telcordia Technologies, and NYNEX. Mr. Skrzypcak continues to serve industry on the Boards of RF Microdevices, RCN Corporation and JDS Uniphase Corporation.
